The EHS PTA has ONE annual fundraiser, the Senior Fashion Show. 

This year, the Fashion Show will be held on November 9, 2023 and the planning is underway. The venue is secured and a save-the-date has been sent out. Our chairpersons, Christie McCloskey and Valerie Quinn, have secured 20+ volunteers to take on committee chairperson roles.  What we need now are more volunteers to join some of the committees.  

Most needed are:

1. Volunteers to help with the solicitation of prizes for the raffle baskets.  Volunteers will work off a master list and commit to securing a donation from 5-10 local businesses. This is a perfect role for a parent who has good relationships with businesses in the area and wants to work on their own time schedule. 

2. Model Parents to take a group of 6-8 seniors to their vendor to shop and select an outfit to wear to the event.  The model parent will bring clothing from the vendor to the event and return the clothing the day after the event.  This is a perfect role for a parent of a senior who will attend the Fashion Show.  

3. Week of/Night Of Volunteers are perfect for those who do not have a lot of time to commit, but want to help.  Jobs consist of labeling and wrapping baskets, delivering them to the venue on the day of the event, helping models backstage and more.  This is a good role for a parent of students in 9th/10th grade to learn more about the event.  The years go by quickly and before you know it, you’re the parent of a senior!
