We wish to thank our Fashion Show chairs for their update, Heidi Bonarato from Giving Retriever and Dr. Valenti, Superintendent for sharing his goals for College and Careers Guidance for the district.  

Fashion Show Update is at the start of the meeting, Heidi is at 6:00 minute mark and Dr. Valenti begins around 14:00.

Dr. Valenti is looking for a parent representative to serve on his district-wide committee of stakeholders who wishes to help the district throughout the school year.  Please contact Tina Fernandez tinmfer@live.com if you are interested in serving on this committee.  There are no prerequisites other than being a parent of a high school student and having the desire to support this goal.

Thanks also to Dr. Capuano and Ms. Reilly, Board members Chrissy Geagan and Judah Holstein, for attending and participating in our meeting.  Thanks to all the members who were able to attend and voted to approve our budget, which is also attached.  

Our next meeting is on November 16th. We’re hoping to offer mini-courses, which we hope will resemble Open House; where parents get into classrooms and see what our children are doing on a daily basis. A SignUp Genius will be sent out next week. We hope to see you then!
