General Information

• Monday, November 4th, 2024 at the Surf Club on the Sound, 280 Davenport Avenue, New Rochelle, NY at 6 PM  
• Join us for a fun-filled night of fashion, food, & fantastic raffle prizes.
• Cocktail hour & raffles start promptly at 6:00PM with the Fashion Show to follow.
• $110.00 per person includes beer/wine/soda, appetizers, dinner and dessert – cash bar available.
• There will be Oh, the Places You’ll Go Fashion Show information tables at the High School, Middle School, Greenvale, Anne Hutch and Waverly Open Houses. Parents may contribute to class basket collections at this time.  
• Seniors will attend an informational meeting after school during the second week of September.
• Ticket information will go out in late September. Tickets will be made available to parents of seniors first, followed by other members of the EUFSD Community in early October.

VOLUNTEERS AND PARTICIPATION

Parents from all grade levels are encouraged to attend and volunteer for this fundraising event. Please contact Fashion Show Chairpersons Heather Mancuso or Terri Bernardi at Classof2025EastchesterHS@gmail.com if you wish to volunteer.  This is a fun way to get involved in the EHS school community.   

CLASS BASKETS

Each year Grade Level Gift Baskets are raffled off. These baskets are crafted using the generous donations of students and families in the Eastchester School District. The suggested donation is  $10.00 per student or $20.00 per family.  All contributions will be acknowledged in the Oh the Places You’ll Go Fashion Show Journal and on the EHS PTA website.

For your convenience, payments can be made in the following ways: 

1) Pay by Credit Card online via Sign Up Genius (service charge of $1.00 for $10.00 or $1.50 for $20.00 Donations) 

2) Pay $10 or $20 on Membership Toolkit (with a small fee). 

3) Mail or Drop off Cash or Check (in labeled envelope to Cora Zoccolo-Ungaro, 5 Boulder Lane, Scarsdale, NY 10583 OR drop off cash or check to EHS Main Office; label envelopes EHS FASHION SHOW CLASS BASKET DONATIONS. (Checks Payable to EASTCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL PTA)

SOLICITATIONS/PRIZE DONATIONS 

Please consider donating a raffle prize, gift certificate, event tickets (or make a monetary donation in lieu of soliciting a business) if your senior is participating on the Fashion Show on 11/4.
